RESERVATIONS
Your reservation should be booked through our Phnom Penh office.
Easy Travel also handling of flight reservation for domestic and internation airticket via our ticketing department.

CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return fax or e-mail. If any requests are cannot be made, information of the booking status will be advised.

RATE
All rates are quoted net (included 10% VAT – value Added Tax) to travel agents in U.S. Dollars at  current rates of exchange. Thease rates are valid from 01 January 2009 to 30 September 2009. Taxes such as VAT, airport departure taxes, as well as rate of exchange are subject to change.

CHILD POLICY
For children between 2 to 12 years old, the following price policy applies:
Child in extra bed 15% discount on total package
Child no bed 30% discount on total package
Child in twin 10% discount on total package
For infant between 0- under 02 years old, the following policy applies: No extra bed, no meals, no entrance. All services free, except air ticket (10% of IATA fare)

CANCELATIONS
For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred.

LIABILITY
Easy Travel  shall always do its top to provide the Services. It is the understanding between the client and Easy Travel that Easy Trave acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport-operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Easy Travel not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourists’ agreement to the above conditions.
